Help us feed, clean, and care for the herptile species we have in our care. Other duties as assigned. See below for general tasks for specific days: Tuesdays: Skim aquatic turtles, Feed terrestrial turtles, Only do water changes if water is disgusting. Thursdays: Skim aquatic turtles, Feed terrestrial & aquatic turtles (produce day for aquatics), Only do water changes if water is disgusting. Fridays: Skim aquatic turtles, Feed terrestrial & aquatic turtles (fish day for aquatics), Water changes on all dirty/murky tubs & skim the rest, Weekly Friday herptile tasks (varies depending on time of year). Saturdays: Skim aquatic turtles, Feed terrestrial turtles, Only do water changes if water is disgusting. Sundays: Skim aquatic turtles, Feed terrestrial & aquatic turtles (produce day for aquatics), Only do water changes if water is disgusting. ***If you sign up for an 8am or 10am shift, you will be meeting staff at the back door PRECISELY at 8/10am. Please wait at the door at least 5-10 minutes, in case staff is in the middle of a feeding and cannot come to the door right at the scheduled time. If you are not signed up by 6am sharp the day of the shift, staff will NOT know you are coming and will NOT check the back door. You would then need to wait at the back door until someone sees you and opens it for you, which is not guaranteed, or wait until our front lobby doors open.***
